The organization provides business development and pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry. We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team located at our headquarters in Granite City, IL . Our ideal candidate for a Marketing Coordinator is someone who has 1-2 years of experience in a communications or marketing based role, has a strong creative eye, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with passion and positivity. Primary responsibilities for iSuite’s Marketing Coordinator include: Supporting brand management and content development across all IMI Companies by leading the design, creation, and updates of branded materials such as business cards, letterheads, printed collateral, internal and external forms, and presentation templates. Managing job site signage and branding package orders, including design coordination, procurement, and delivery. Assisting with the design, development, distribution, and maintenance of internal announcements and digital signage. Leading activities related to internal online store platforms, including corporate merchandise (“swag”) and uniform store management. Organizing and maintaining digital asset libraries, including photos, videos, and written content. Assisting with the procurement of digital assets such as photography, videography, and written materials. Supporting the planning and coordination of internal and external events. Performing administrative and operational tasks to support the efficiency and workflow of the Marketing Department. Primary qualifications for iSuite’s Marketing Coordinator include: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in a communication‑or marketing‑based role. Construction industry experience preferred; candidates eager to learn are encouraged to apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools such as Canva. Familiarity with marketing software and online tools, including CRM platforms, analytics tools, and Google AdWords. Interest in the construction industry and its best practices, or a strong desire to develop that knowledge.
