What You’ll Do

  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns for brand awareness, recruitment, and client growth.
  • Oversee social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to grow engagement and visibility.
  • Create branded content—from digital ads and videos to event collateral and newsletters.
  • Manage email marketing sequences and automation using CRM tools like HighLevel.
  • Coordinate events and webinars to support recruiting and community outreach.
  • Analyze campaign results and turn insights into actionable improvements.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials.
  • Collaborate with creative vendors and internal teams to execute campaigns on time and on budget.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of marketing experience (insurance or financial services a plus).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Skilled in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized multitasker.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
