Marketing Creative Specialist Apply
COMPETENCIES:
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and Facebook/Instagram Ads.
- Expertise in SEO best practices, including keyword research, content optimization, and backlink strategies.
- Knowledge of website optimization techniques is necessary
- Experience in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Design capabilities- Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, Canva
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter with ability to work both independently and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
- Must be grammatically proficient with a strong skill in creative writing.
- Detailed knowledge of photography, videography, and editing best practices.
- Ability to meet deadlines and on a daily basis and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED and REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Associates Degree and/or relevant work experience preferred
Experience and/or Training: 2-3 years' experience with Google Ads required, Amazon ads, Website Optimization required, Ad design
Licenses/Certificates: No requirements
Technology/Equipment: Wordpress, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Various Social media platforms
PHYSICAL and MENTAL DEMANDS:
- This position spends most of the time sitting and sometime walking through the plant environment.
- It is necessary for this position to occasionally climb stairs throughout the day.
