We follow Agile development practices with weekly releases and use tools such as GitHub, Jira, and Slack.We are looking for a Data Analyst who can bridge the gap between raw data and actionable insights. This role goes beyond dashboarding—you will translate complex datasets into clear narratives that support strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalytics & ExperimentationAnalyze funnel performance, identify patterns, and recommend improvementsDesign and evaluate experiments (A/B testing, holdouts)Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product and engineering teamsDashboarding & BIBuild and maintain automated dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BIEnsure data consistency as a “Single Source of Truth” across the organizationMaintain clarity and consistency in reporting standardsCollaborative TroubleshootingWork closely with Tech, Data, and Data Engineering teams to resolve tracking issuesTroubleshoot postbacks and tracking flows with global partnersStay updated on AdTech trends and conduct competitor analysis to support product improvementsRequirementsExperience & Technical SkillsMinimum 2+ years of experience in a data-focused role (AdTech, Mobile Gaming, or Performance Marketing preferred)Strong SQL skills, including CTEs and window functionsExperience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)Familiarity with Amplitude analytics platformEducationBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related fieldCommunication & CultureStrong business-level English with the ability to present insights to global stakeholdersProactive mindset with a strong sense of ownershipTransparent communication, especially in highlighting data limitations or issues early
