What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute strategies to build and enhance our firm's brand identity.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints, including a full audit of existing collateral.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Own the look and feel of our website.
- Generate compelling PR opportunities for Procyon leadership.
- Work with our network (Dynasty) partners to fully integrate best practices and strategic design efforts.
- Own CSAT surveys, metrics, and remediation efforts.
- Plan and implement lead generation campaigns to attract prospective clients using both lead affiliates and SEO strategies.
- Optimize conversion funnels to maximize client acquisition and retention.
- Own target customer acquisition cost (CAC) metrics and control affiliate budget.
- Coordinate with business development team members to ensure success.
- Drive content marketing initiatives including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and social media content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create insightful and compelling content that showcases our expertise.
- Manage content distribution to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Run key client and prospect journeys to help our advisors better engage prospects and clients.
- Grow and mentor (over time) a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Proven experience as a marketing manager in financial services.
- Demonstrable success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team, build relationships, and influence stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.
