What you will be doing:
  • Develop and execute strategies to build and enhance our firm's brand identity.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints, including a full audit of existing collateral.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Own the look and feel of our website.
  • Generate compelling PR opportunities for Procyon leadership.
  • Work with our network (Dynasty) partners to fully integrate best practices and strategic design efforts.
  • Own CSAT surveys, metrics, and remediation efforts.
  • Plan and implement lead generation campaigns to attract prospective clients using both lead affiliates and SEO strategies.
  • Optimize conversion funnels to maximize client acquisition and retention.
  • Own target customer acquisition cost (CAC) metrics and control affiliate budget.
  • Coordinate with business development team members to ensure success.
  • Drive content marketing initiatives including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create insightful and compelling content that showcases our expertise.
  • Manage content distribution to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Run key client and prospect journeys to help our advisors better engage prospects and clients.
  • Grow and mentor (over time) a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Experience you will need:
  • Proven experience as a marketing manager in financial services.
  • Demonstrable success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team, build relationships, and influence stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.
