Role: Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales plans, driving efficiency and profitability across the business.We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Executive to join us!QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Fresh graduates with no experience are welcome with a Marketing background, and Photoshop SkillsMin 1 - 2 years of Key Account Management / Sales & Marketing ExecutiveExperience in Modern Trade (e.g., CMM, NTUC FP, DFI, or others)Experience in an FMCG Environment (i.e., Supermarket industry)Great communication skillsProficient in Photoshop or equivalentExcel & PowerPoint skillsTechsavvy with strong knowledge of social media platformsResponsibilitiesKey Account Management: Meet monthly sales targets for designated KAs.Collaborate with Operations to optimize sales, distribution, and merchandising. Monitor the service level of assigned KAs and minimize loss of sales opportunities.Promotion Strategy And Product LaunchEnhance promotion strategies for increased sales Establish objectives and marketing plans with retailers. Conduct market research on industry trends and intelligence for business expansionProduct LaunchTo do new product listing with each supermarket chain and be responsible for the planning and implementation of new product launch activities. Monitor and track marketing expenses to ensure that trade spend is within budgetAnalyze category, brand sales, and promotions of KAs for business opportunities to grow sales, volume, and distributionProvide feedback on the trade and competitors market developments to maintain relevance and competitivenessConduct quarterly and/or bi-yearly business reviews with assigned KAs to improve sales performance and further develop the business.Marketing & BrandPlan and execute ATL/BTL campaigns, manage budgets, strengthen brand awareness, and produce marketing materials (reports, brochures, presentations).Manage company social media accounts, website, and online content to ensure a consistent, engaging presence.Monitor trends, analyze competitors, and provide recommendations for growth.Support sales teams with campaigns, track trade spends, review account performance, and measure ROI/KPIs to identify expansion opportunities.
