Hourly Rate: $16.00 Overview Are you looking for a place where meaningful moments are made together? The Hyatt Vacation Club at Kaanapali Beach location in Lahaina, HI is looking for a Linkage Marketing Coordinator to join their Sales & Marketing team. Pay $16 per hour with production pay. The annual pay range (base wages + production pay) for Hyatt Vacation Club at Kaanapali Beach Worksite in 2024 was between $34,796 and $127,018. (UNCAPPED commission & bonuses!) Schedule Hours range from 7am to 8pm, with rotating shifts. Typical shifts are 7am-1:30pm and 1:30pm-8pm. Five days per week. Must be flexible/open to working on weekends. *Subject to business needs. Sign‑On Bonus Up to $2,000 sign‑on bonus potential. With 1 year of timeshare experience: $1,000 paid after 45 days. $1,000 paid after six months. With no timeshare experience: $500 paid after 45 days. $500 paid after six months. Additional terms and conditions apply to the Sign‑On Bonus. Using persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty. Guest Experience and Company Standards Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures. Qualifications Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone. Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Concierge and/or sales experience preferred. Position may require background and drug screening in accordance with state and local requirements. Physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
