What You’ll Be Doing: Creating high‑quality content across our social channels Managing and analysing marketing performance Coordinating internal and external events Liaising with partners, suppliers, and referrers Keeping our website fresh and engaging Supporting Directors and Heads of Department with reports Championing marketing initiatives across the firm What You’ll Bring: A degree in Marketing, Events or similar 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role Strong social media and digital content skills Experience with LinkedIn, Meta Business, Canva & WordPress Excellent communication & relationship‑building skills A positive, proactive approach A driving licence/own vehicle (you’ll regularly visit our Cranbrook office)(Legal sector experience is a bonus!)
