Business Development / Marketing Manager – Healthcare

MUST:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
3+years of experience in the healthcare field, with marketing and or business development experience
Sales / customer service experience in the healthcare field
Clinical experience/knowledge with experience in the oncology hematology field a huge plus
Healthcare marketing and strong customer service skills
Experience with Canva, Marketing software, and Social Media growth
CRM and market analysis experience-
Comfortable going on site visits to various office locations
Experienced healthcare candidate with experience building relationships with medical offices and hospitals to bring in new clients
Experience in healthcare data analytics, healthcare marketing, and or healthcare sales/customer service,
Sales / customer service experience in the healthcare field

DUTIES:
Market the medical practice to other medical offices to gain patient referrals
Go on site visits to various physician practices
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies and digital campaigns
Help build out website content
Establish communication with physicians and medical office staff by email and in person
Set up lunches and meetings at medical offices
Attend various community events, trade shows and meetings to develop relationships
Assist with Administrative functions on site at the office
Act as a liaison between Administrative, Clinical, and Billing teams.
