Your Impact

MSI is seeking a Marketing Manager to support our continued growth. You'll collaborate with key leaders, including our Chief Manufacturing Officer, Sales Director, and Design Director, to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies across multiple channels with the goal of increasing sales and enhancing our brand. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, from crafting comprehensive marketing plans to overseeing and executing compelling digital campaigns. By leveraging data and your creative vision, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our success.

 

Your Role 

  • In collaboration with GMT, Sales Director and Design Director, develops annual strategic marketing plan.
  • Build, plan and implement the overall marketing strategy for MSI in accordance with strategic marketing plan, internally and externally across all platforms and departments. Define and measure ROI and KPIs for marketing actions taken. Reports results to GMT monthly.
  • Develop digital marketing plans including Search Engine Optimization/Search Engine Marketing (SEO/SEM), email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns in accordance with MSI strategic marketing plan.
  • Proactively utilize MSI HubSpot CRM system. Takes action to ensure that customer information is up to date, shared appropriately and managed to maximize system functionality.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of marketing budget. Takes action to stay within agreed to budgets.
  • Oversee MSI social media accounts, and in collaboration with Design Director create universally accessible MSI branded content to ensure continuity and consistency of branding throughout the company, internally and externally.
  • Proactively produce, measure and manage online content, including photos, videos, blogs, and other on-line and print marketing
  • Track on-line analytics data and analyzes results. Produce reports monthly.
  • Proactively work to improve the design, user experience, traffic, and content of company website, based on core MSI brand and values.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms.
  • In coordination with the Design Director, create email blast campaigns to target key customers as needed and in accordance with strategic digital marketing plan. Use data and research to identify the values and buying habits of potential sales leads.
  • Oversee the development of sales and marketing content to explore new opportunities.

 

Required Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 years’ experience in marketing required
  • 2 years’ experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies required.
  • Knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices required
  • 1 year of hands-on experience with SEO, UX, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM software, HubSpot preferred
  • Experience with video editing software including, iMovie, Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, WIX, WordPress, Canva and JavaScript required
