A well-established and growing professional services organization in Boynton Beach is seeking an experienced, creative, and results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute its marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic marketing professional to play a key role in brand growth, client acquisition, and overall business development. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives. Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including advertising, content creation, social media, public relations, email marketing, and community outreach. Ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable industry regulations and ethical standards. Oversee the creation, review, and distribution of marketing materials, branded content, and promotional campaigns. Manage relationships with outside vendors, agencies, media partners, and consultants. Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment. Collaborate with leadership and internal departments to maintain consistent messaging and brand standards. Identify new marketing opportunities, emerging trends, and growth strategies. Assist with event planning, sponsorships, community engagement initiatives, and public relations efforts. Additional Responsibilities Developing an annual Marketing and Business Development plan and budget, including specifying key strategic and tactical objectives and means to achieve annual goals using both traditional and digital activities. Evaluating and analyzing the performance of campaigns and reporting to the ownership. Create, maintain, and analyze law firm KPIs and reporting to ownership. Engaging in research and analysis, and competitive intelligence‑gathering for strategic planning, competitive firm positioning, and business development activities. Creating promotional messages and themes to drive business. Coordinating and integrating marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital and traditional media outlets. Managing third‑party vendors and negotiating media buys. Identifying internal and external event opportunities (including sponsorship and speaking slots), assessing the value, relevance, and costs/benefits of these opportunities, and supervising events. Drafting and maintaining up‑to‑date materials about the Firm’s staff and its activities in both traditional and digital formats. Evaluating the client experience from start to finish, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing means to achieve improvement of the client experience. Managing day‑to‑day responsibilities to ensure that all assignments and projects are effectively managed and in alignment with the Firm’s overall strategic efforts. Working with Firm attorneys to develop and execute marketing/business development strategies, plans, and projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of marketing experience, preferably within a professional services environment. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media management, content marketing, and paid advertising. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently. Experience with CRM platforms, marketing analytics, and marketing automation tools is preferred. Additional Qualifications An undergraduate degree is required, and a secondary degree (e.g., a Master’s degree, a Ph.D., an M.B.A.) is preferred. Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated success in a business development/marketing‑related field. Experience in a professional services environment with previous law firm experience preferred. Demonstrated experience in planning and executing a marketing campaign from start to finish while working in a leadership capacity. Proven success in strategically identifying competitive opportunities and leading organizations to unprecedented growth. Expertise in branding, tactical marketing initiatives, marketing communications, media, and online and offline.
