Position: Marketing Manager-II / Senior Associate, Consumer Retention Manager

Job Description:

  • We are looking to bring on a strategic, solution-oriented, and creative retention marketer to focus on launching and iterating on CRM programs. As Senior Associate, Consumer Retention, New Verticals you will be responsible for communications and programs to drive growth and retention for emerging lines of business (New Verticals) across email, push notifications and in-app messaging.
  • What You'll Do:

  • Work to support new business lines and expansion opportunities through thoughtful, strategic, multi-channel CRM strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end development and execution of multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app) messaging that includes driving the creative review process, collaborating with designers and copywriters, identifying target audience segments, and capturing feedback from multiple stakeholders.
  • Set-up and monitor complex journeys, triggers, and automations with static and dynamic content.
  • Be responsible for tracking your initiatives, reporting progress out to team proactively and identifying next steps from campaign learnings
  • Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in customer retention, email, or growth marketing
    • In-depth understanding of ESP/Marketing Automation platforms (i.e., Braze, ITERABLE, ExactTarget, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys) and experiencing deploying complex CRM programs
    • Experienced with data analysis, targeting and program measurement (preference for SQL proficiency)
    • Strong analytical skills; able to create data-driven marketing campaigns end-to-end
    • Hands-on experience with CRM technology, segmentation tools, and complex data structures and systems
    • Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker, Periscope, etc.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
