Strategy Development:
- Develop, implement, and oversee strategic marketing plans that align with company goals.
- Identify target audiences and craft tailored marketing campaigns to reach and engage them.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.·
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid social campaigns.
- Manage content strategy, including blog posts, social media updates, and other online content to drive engagement and brand authority.
Brand Management:
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials.
- Develop positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with our target audience.
- Work with designers and external partners to create high-quality marketing assets.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness, measuring metrics such as conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing metrics, campaign performance, and budget management.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment in strategies and messaging.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior marketing team members.
Requirements
Education and/or Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. (Preferred)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- 3+ years of experience in marketing management or a similar role. (Preferred)

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.

- Proficiency in marketing analytics and campaign performance measurement.
