Global Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead global marketing campaign strategies for all releases, from ideation and creative direction to execution and post-release analysis. 360° Marketing Plans: Build and execute comprehensive marketing plans spanning digital, physical, DSPs, retail, radio, charting, e-commerce, PR, sync, gaming, and experiential activations. HQ Collaboration: Translate Korea HQ release plans into scalable global campaigns tailored for Western and international markets. Timeline & Asset Management: Own all campaign timelines, deadlines, deliverables, and asset management across assigned artist releases. Label, Distribution & Commercial Partnerships: Oversee physical release strategies in tandem with internal/external distribution teams to ensure timely delivery and retail readiness. Partner Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for U.S. label partners, distributors, DSPs, and PR partners. On-the-Ground Promotions: Develop and execute promotional trip strategies across the U.S., providing on-the-ground support for artists and management teams. Team Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Financial Oversight: Own U.S. marketing budgets and track ROI across all releases. Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze and present campaign strategies and results to internal leadership and external partners. Preferred Qualifications Experience: 3-4 years of experience in music marketing, with a proven track record of leading global campaigns. Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the U.S. and Kpop music markets, fan engagement, digital marketing, DSP platforms, chart strategy (Billboard, etc.), retail, and the media landscape. Cross-Cultural Competency: Experience adapting international artist campaigns (particularly Korean/Asian artists) for Western markets. Project Management: Highly organized with exceptional cross-functional coordination skills; comfortable working across multiple time zones and managing international stakeholders. Autonomy & Agility: Independent, proactive, and comfortable owning projects with minimal oversight, operating effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.
