Position: Marketing Manager
• Location: Mumbai, Bengaluru
• Experience: Minimum 5 years

• Qualification: MBA OR EQUIVALENT DIPLOMA IN MARKETING/BUSINESS
Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Alliances:
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with corporate clients across industries.
• Design and propose customized adventure programs that meet the needs of corporate teams, such as leadership retreats, team-building exercises, and wellness programs.
• Negotiate and secure partnership agreements that enhance our brand presence in the corporate market.
2. Event Planning & Activations:
• Plan and execute corporate-focused events, such as leadership workshops, employee engagement activities, and adventure-based challenges.
• Coordinate on-ground activations at corporate events, conferences, and networking platforms.
• Ensure seamless execution of events, collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors.
3. Brand Positioning & Promotion:
• Develop targeted marketing campaigns to promote adventure programs to corporate clients.
• Build relationships with HR professionals, corporate leaders, and key decision-makers to raise awareness we offerings.
• Ensure that all branding, communication, and event messaging is consistent with the company’s mission.
4. Corporate Market Research:
• Analyze corporate trends and identify potential opportunities to introduce or expand adventure programs tailored for businesses.
• Conduct competitive analysis and provide insights into market demands for corporate learning and development initiatives.
5. Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work closely with the national marketing team to ensure alignment of corporate strategies with overall brand goals.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure delivery of top-quality experiences to corporate clients.
• Partner with sales teams to drive conversions from corporate leads generated through events and campaigns.
6. Budget Management & Reporting:
• Manage marketing and event budgets for corporate-focused activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Track and report on the success of corporate alliances and events, measuring ROI and providing regular updates to leadership.
Key Skills:
• Proficiency in managing paid media campaigns and optimizing for maximum ROI.
• Experience in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive digital marketing initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey digital marketing strategies and insights.
