The Marketing Manager Will Develop and execute global marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and customer/market feedback. Execute the marketing plans including launching new innovations in collaboration with the water platform team. Work with the regions to execute newly launched innovations. Responsible for executing activities as directly related to managing the performance of the existing offering portfolio. Ensure accurate representation of Ecolab to the community with regards to product specific regulations and information. Develop compelling marketing materials, case studies, trainings to support sales team. Lead integrated marketing campaigns, including trade shows. Leverage cross functional groups to couple knowledge of customer needs with existing and future technology capabilities. Track and report on key application performance metrics and take corrective action as required. Work with PLM to determine and execute effective solutions for product related issues such as forecasting product sales for each warehouse, resolving product supply issues, and coordinating alternative solutions for product related issues. Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related field plus two (2) years of experience developing marketing strategy and sales growth tactics. Demonstrated expertise (“DE”) defining and executing product marketing strategies by leading cross‑functional initiatives, building strategic partnerships, and spearheading collaborative efforts to expand market reach and drive business growth. DE designing and executing Voice of Customer and Voice of Business programs by leading cross‑functional research initiatives, deploying diverse survey methodologies, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to uncover innovation opportunities, validate new concepts, and guide market expansion through data‑driven decision‑making. DE developing business cases for innovation, by analyzing customer‑centric research, behavioral insights, and market trends, including building market sizing models to quantify market size and addressable market opportunity. DE facilitating development and testing of value propositions and collecting competitive intelligence to inform go‑to‑market initiatives that enhance market differentiation and penetration. Annual Or Hourly Compensation Range $133,875/year Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
