Location: New Rochelle, NY (On-site preferred; hybrid flexibility)
Compensation: $110,000-$140,000 Annually (Salary is contingent on candidate's experience)

About the Role:
The Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving growth across Tri-Vin's portfolio by developing and executing innovative brand and trade marketing programs that increase awareness, trial, and velocity across all channels.
This individual will lead the creation of scalable, insight-driven marketing initiatives that connect brand strategy with in-market execution. Working cross-functionally with Sales, National Accounts, and external partners, this role will bring bold, retail-ready ideas to life across on-premise, off-premise, and emerging channels.
Success in this role will be measured by the ability to develop impactful programs, elevate brand presence, and deliver measurable growth in distribution and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Trade Marketing StrategyALL\tDevelop and execute integrated brand and trade marketing programs across Tri-Vin's portfolio
\tTranslate brand positioning into disruptive, channel-ready marketing initiatives
\tSupport annual and seasonal marketing planning across key consumption occasions (Summer, Holiday, Halloween, etc.)
\tEnsure consistency of brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all touchpoints
\tIdentify new ways to position brands in-market to drive relevance, differentiation, and growth

Program Development & Innovation
\tBuild scalable marketing programs that can be deployed across multiple channels, including:
o\tIn-store merchandising and POS
o\tDigital and shopper marketing programs
o\tExperiential activations and events
\tDevelop core marketing assets, including:
o\tBrand toolkits
o\tCampaign guidelines
o\tSell-in support materials
\tBring forward innovative ideas that drive incremental distribution, visibility, and consumer engagement
\tPartner with vendors and agencies to execute programs effectively and on time

Sales & Channel Support
\tPartner with Sales and distributor teams to adapt marketing programs across:
o\tOn-premise
o\tIndependent retail
o\tRegional and national accounts
\tProvide tools and resources that support distribution growth and in-market execution
\tCollaborate on go-to-market strategies for new product launches, LTOs, and innovation initiatives

Insights, Analytics & Performance
\tLeverage syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI) and internal reporting to identify opportunities and inform strategy
\tTrack and report on program effectiveness, including:
o\tSales impact
o\tBrand visibility
o\tExecution quality
\tTranslate insights into actionable recommendations to optimize future programs and investments

Planning & Cross-Functional Collaboration
\tManage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple marketing initiatives
\tPartner with creative, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
\tSupport innovation and new product development with marketing strategy and launch planning

Qualifications:
\tBachelor's degree required
\t4+ years of experience in brand marketing, trade marketing, or shopper marketing within beverage alcohol or CPG
\tStrong understanding of multi-channel marketing, including on-premise and off-premise environments
\tExperience developing integrated marketing programs from concept through execution
\tExperience with syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI) and translating insights into action preferred
\tProficiency with Microsoft 365
\tStrong organizational and project management skills
\tAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
