Learn more at of PositionPine Tree is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to grow our corporate brand presence while also leading impactful, property-level marketing programs that drive foot traffic, engagement, and tenant success. This role leads onsite events, campaigns, and experiential programming; oversees digital marketing channels and performance reporting; and partners closely with tenants on creative co-marketing initiatives. The position also supports corporate marketing efforts by developing compelling marketing collateral, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting leasing and investment teams. The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years of marketing experience, strong creative and project management skills, and a hands-on, collaborative mindset with a passion for brand strategy and placemaking.ResponsibilitiesProperty-Level Consumer MarketingOwn and execute property-level marketing programs that drive foot traffic, engagement, and tenant successPlan and execute on-site events, marketing campaigns, and experiential programming, managing external vendors, remote contractors, agencies, budgets, timelines, and logisticsOversee digital marketing and content workflows, including social media, website updates, email campaigns, and paid media, while tracking and analyzing performance across channels and delivering clear reporting and insightsPartner with tenants on co-marketing initiatives, grand openings, and promotionsConduct robust marketing audits of existing tenants’ digital marketing presence and review for changes.Corporate MarketingCreate and maintain print and digital marketing deliverables, including pitch decks, leasing brochures, marketing packages, site plans, and other presentationsSupport coordination for Pine Tree’s participation in industry conferences and tradeshows, including materials, logistics, and on-site support as neededSupport Pine Tree’s leasing and investment teams with marketing materials and ad-hoc requestsManage brand consistency, quality control, and organization of shared marketing templates and resourcesSupport Pine Tree’s social presence (including LinkedIn) through content research, planning, and creationDesired Skillset & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field2–5 years of experience in marketing or communications; commercial real estate, retail, or related industries preferredStrong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to lead projects independentlyExperience managing marketing programs, vendors, and budgetsStrong presentation and collateral development skills (Adobe Creative Suite experience necessary)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsOrganized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentWillingness to travel as needed for property-level events and initiatives, including occasional evenings or weekendsInterest in brand strategy, placemaking, and community-driven marketingThe position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all-encompassing.
