Company Overview:

We are a dynamic, hyper-growth organization in the technology and life-sciences sectors, dedicated to innovative solutions that drive industry advancement. We're seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to join our team and complement our existing digital marketing expertise with a focus on event orchestration and targeted LinkedIn advertising. This role is ideal for an "A+" caliber professional with an extreme ownership mentality, ready to elevate their career in a fast-paced environment where initiative and impact are rewarded.

We are not just looking for someone to manage marketing tasks. We want someone who truly cares about helping a growing technology company build a brand people recognize and trust. This role is about taking pride in shaping our voice, building an authentic and engaging social media presence, bringing fresh ideas to events, and finding thoughtful ways to increase awareness both online and face to face. The right person will see this as more than a job. They will roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and play a meaningful part in helping our business grow its reach, reputation, and long term impact.

Job Summary:

As Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying our brand presence through high-impact events and precision-targeted LinkedIn campaigns tailored to the technology and life-sciences industries. Reporting to the Managing Partner, you'll collaborate closely with our SEO and digital strategy experts to create integrated marketing initiatives that foster B2B relationships, generate leads, and support our rapid expansion. This position demands a proactive leader who thrives in ambiguity, takes full accountability for outcomes, and excels at turning strategic visions into executable plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including industry conferences, webinars, networking sessions, product launches, and client workshops focused on technology and life-sciences audiences; manage end-to-end logistics, vendor partnerships, budgeting, and post-event analysis to ensure measurable ROI.
  • Develop and optimize LinkedIn advertising strategies, creating industry-relevant campaigns (e.g., targeting tech innovators, biotech firms, and life-sciences professionals) to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement; monitor performance metrics and iterate based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and digital marketing specialists, to align events and ads with overall growth objectives, complementing existing SEO, analytics, and multi-platform strategies.
  • Conduct market research on technology and life-sciences trends to inform event themes and ad targeting, ensuring content resonates with high-value B2B clients.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for events and campaigns, using tools like LinkedIn Analytics to demonstrate impact on lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • Contribute to broader marketing initiatives as needed, adapting quickly to the demands of a hyper-growth organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in event management or digital advertising (e.g., LinkedIn Marketing Labs or Certified Meeting Professional) are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in event planning and execution, preferably in technology, life-sciences, or B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in LinkedIn advertising, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization for industry-specific targeting.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience building relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and industry partners.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable analyzing metrics to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Extreme ownership mentality: Self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems independently, and drives results without micromanagement.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Eventbrite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Willingness to work in-office in Tampa, FL, with occasional travel for events.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including a portion of health insurance, 401(k), and professional development opportunities.
  • A collaborative, high-energy environment where your contributions directly fuel our hyper-growth trajectory.
  • The chance to work alongside seasoned experts in digital marketing and SEO, building complementary skills that propel your career forward.

If you're an ambitious marketer passionate about events and targeted advertising in cutting-edge industries, and you're ready to own your impact in a thriving organization, we encourage you to apply. Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience.
