The Marketing Operations Associate supports the execution and performance tracking of key marketing channels, including email marketing, website content, and podcast distribution.  It tracks basic email, podcast, and website performance metrics, compiles reports to support marketing strategy, and provides ongoing coordination and support for marketing initiatives. Learn more about our ministry here.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manages and executes email marketing campaigns, including scheduling, deployment, and list managementCoordinates email content, formatting, and basic performance reporting (open rates, click-through rates, etc.)Maintains email calendars and ensure timely delivery aligned with marketing initiativesEnsures website content is accurate and up to dateCoordinates with the marketing team to implement content updates and promotional placementsExecute and maintain the distribution of podcast episodes across platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.)Uploads episode metadata, descriptions, titles, and supporting assetsTracks basic podcast performance metrics and listener trendsTracks and reports on global website analytics, monitoring website performance including traffic, engagement, conversion, and audience behaviorCompiles regular reports and insights to inform marketing strategy and optimizationSupports marketing team with ongoing projects and coordinationTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:A Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience/certification(s) in marketing, media, web development, or related disciplines2+ years of experience and proven track record in project management, campaign execution, and marketingGood familiarity with marketing terms and principlesHands-on experience with Google Suite, Slack, WordPress (or other website platforms), Google Analytics, Zapier, Neon or similar CRM, Shopify, Campaign Monitor, and OutlookGeneral understanding of AI toolsWillingness to adapt and grow with the needs of the position and the organizationDesire to work well on a team to accomplish marketing goalsAbility to work in a hybrid environmentFull alignment with Open the Bible’s mission and Statement of FaithBENEFITS:Dental & Vision Coverage, Medical Insurance, 403b, Hybrid work environment, 10 Paid Holidays
