Marketing Operations ManagerThe Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for the department technology stack and outbound workflows that connect the Moses/Weitzman Health System and its affiliates. A critical part of this role includes managing tools to leverage content, data and analytics for greater cross-functional digital communications strategy.Role and ResponsibilitiesOwn calendar and project tracking tools for full view of department activity; Provide regular updates to team on moving projects and anticipated workWork collaboratively with Web and Social Managers to leverage content and optimize audienceBecome Subscriber subject-matter expert (Ex: MailChimp and/or Constant Contact); Leverage capabilities to support audience growth and depth across health systemStreamline digital performance reporting across platforms [social, web, email]; Manage MWHS digital governance and develop system-wide trainings as necessaryStrong project management and organizational skills with public relations, marketing, sales, and/or technical analyticsOther duties as assignedQualifications Required Skills and EducationBachelor's degree required5 to 7 years' experience in communications and/or digital mediaFamiliarity with project management tools (Ex: Jira, Quickbase, Basecamp)Experience in HTML/CSS and code editors (Ex: WordPress)Experience in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Business SuiteStrong oral and written communication skills, organizational, time-management and prioritization skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently, with integrity and committed to best practices in data and privacyAbility to work nights and weekend if neededCurrent Driver's licenseAdditional QualificationsExcellent oral and written skills are required. This position is highly involved with staff, clients, colleagues, outside vendors and the community. Experience working Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Wordpress, MailChimp, , and related platforms are a plus, as is experience in health care, health equity, policy or related nonprofit work.Confidentiality of Information Confidentiality of business information is a requirement.
