This role drives operational excellence in email marketing, lead flow, data integrity, and campaign performance reporting, ensuring that demand generation programs scale efficiently and deliver measurable impact. This position reports to the Director, Digital Marketing & Operations and is part of the Global Marketing Team. This is an on-site role for designated locations.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Execute, optimize, and support email, nurture, and trigger-based campaigns in Marketo, ensuring accurate setup, testing, scheduling, and deployment.Maintain lead data integrity and flow across Marketo and Salesforce, including imports, segmentation, scoring, routing, and sync monitoring.Support and enhance email and landing page templates, including HTML/CSS edits, QA, and brand adherence.Monitor campaign performance and deliver clear reporting on KPIs, engagement metrics, and database health for stakeholders.Proactively monitor deliverability, compliance, and sender reputation, addressing issues related to privacy regulations and email best practices.The essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Multiple years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, specifically Marketo.Working knowledge of CRM integrations, preferably with Salesforce, including lead lifecycle management.Demonstrated experience with email marketing best practices, data segmentation, and audience targeting.Proficiency with Excel or similar tools for data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:Minimal travel (up to 5%) for team meetings or training.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Marketo Certified Associate (MCA) or Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification.Hands-on experience with Salesforce, CMS platforms, or Google Analytics.Basic HTML/CSS development for email and landing page optimization.IDT, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
