Marketing Project Coordinator Apply
Position OverviewWe are looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator at our Grandview, Missouri headquarters. This role supports the execution of Peterson’s marketing initiatives by coordinating projects from planning through completion. They will work closely with the Director of Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to manage key initiatives such as the corporate tradeshow program, customer e-newsletter, survey programs, and other marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring marketing activities are executed accurately, on schedule, and in alignment with established processes.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage marketing projects from planning through completion in collaboration with the Director of MarketingLead the planning and execution of Peterson’s corporate tradeshow strategy, including asset preparation, vendor coordination, logistics planning, and post-event reporting.Manage external customer communication initiatives such as the customer e-newsletter, customer survey program, and marketing support for corporate events.Maintain project organization and accountability by coordinating internal teams and vendors, following established marketing workflows, and tracking project status, deadlines, and performance metrics.QualificationsB.A. or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or Business.1–3 years of prior experience in marketing, project coordination, or event management.Experience coordinating marketing projects or tradeshow programs preferred.Strong proficiency in MS Office and common marketing tools/platforms.
