Description

Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week.

The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for supporting the end-to-end development of the new member communications and other supporting communications as a part of a dedicated project team. This includes working within document automation tools for content development and using internal data resources for content detail. In delivering the materials, you will work independently, as well as within a team. You will also engage with an extensive cross-functional project team of business partners to execute on assigned materials for this complex annual program.

How You Will Make an Impact

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborates with a large group of stakeholders across Marketing to ensure functional specifications and requirement documents are met.
  • Manage external vendors for services such as document automation, proofing translation and other deliverables.
  • Leads meetings and/or workgroups supporting document development.
  • Creates versioning grids to support development of materials , ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Develops and manages project timelines associated with assigned materials and program delivery.
  • Supports marketing strategies by ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope and on budget.
  • Executes project management best practices that align with brand objectives/goals.
  • Develops solutions and recommendations to solve challenges.
  • Maintains desk level procedures (DLPs) and documentation for assigned materials and projects.

Minimum Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences

  • Experience in Medicare, healthcare, or other highly regulated industry.
  • Technical skills that will allow for successful use of document automation tools, including the ability to develop business rules and logic; and work with internal data sources to generate content output and versioning.
  • Previous use of the following (or similar) programs is preferred: Workfront, Microsoft suite including Excel and Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Adobe Pro.
  • Candidate must be a results-oriented and critical thinker, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills
  • The candidate must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize, pivot, and adjust in a complex deadline driven environment.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location, the salary* range for this specific position is $78,660 to $104,241

Location: California
