***This is a 3-month CONTRACT and is ONSITE 2-3 days/week in Northern Bergen County NJ****CPG Brand launch/relaunch and/or product launch/relaunch experience is highly preferred**Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred*Marketing Project Coordinator (Relaunch Initiative)Robert Half's client is looking for an organized, proactive Marketing Project Coordinator to support the high‑visibility relaunch of their brand. This role serves as the central connector across creative, digital, product, and sales teams—ensuring all launch assets are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned to key milestones. The ideal candidate excels in fast‑paced environments, manages multiple workstreams with ease, and keeps deadlines on track.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Own the master launch timeline and ensure all milestones and deliverables stay on schedule.Cross‑Functional Coordination: Act as the liaison between marketing, creative, product, and external vendors to maintain smooth communication.Asset Management: Oversee development and delivery of digital, print, social, and web assets to ensure quality and brand consistency.Content & Proofing: Manage internal review cycles and ensure all materials align with brand voice and accuracy standards.Campaign Support: Assist with digital campaign execution—including web updates, email sends, and social scheduling—to align with the relaunch date.Budget Tracking: Monitor project‑related marketing expenses.Post‑Launch Reporting: Compile and analyze performance results to assess launch impact and identify improvement areas.Required Qualifications2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a related role.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and CMS workflows.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting a rebrand or product relaunch.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for minor edits and content adjustmentThe hourly range for this position is $26--$32 /hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
