Marketing Sales Support Manager / Sales Force Effectiveness ManagerAbout the JobThis role will be responsible for planning, analyzing, & monitoring the Marketing Country team in implementing the Basic Operation process to support the achievement of predetermined sales & growth.What is your responsibility:Responsible for Basic Operation (BASO), Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), and Incentive Initiatives, Implementation, develop, and maintenance system and dashboardDevelop sustainable SFE SOP and KPIs including SFE governanceLead automation process SFE and incentive reports by collaborating with IT and other dept from countries or SBUWork closely with Marketing and Sales Team in HO and Countries on developing effective marketing and sales strategy related to SFE Initiative, SFE data analysis, monitoring sales and marketing strategy of each teams in countriesWho are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Apothecary, Business Administration, or a related field3-5 years of experience in a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or Healthcare industryExperience managing projects and initiatives that drive sales performance.Fluent in English (both written and spoken)Willing to be travel overseasPlacement: Pulomas, East JakartaCompany OverviewPT Kalbe Farma Tbk.
