LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Marketing Specialist in the Bala Cynwyd office. Position Description The marketing specialist works in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment to deliver best‑in‑class proposals, presentations, qualification packages, and other marketing materials as needed. The role works closely with the marketing team, construction professionals, and senior leaders. Hybrid/flexible schedule. Must live in the Philadelphia area and work in person in our Bala Cynwyd office 3‑4 days a week. In the role of marketing specialist, we'll count on you to: Support the Pursuit of New Business (65%) Manage, plan, organize, coordinate all elements of proposal development through submission; includes analyzing RFP/Q, outlining the RFP/Q, and facilitating kick‑off meeting with pursuit team, developing the submission, enforcing RFP/Q guidelines, working with pursuit team to develop content, issuing drafts, incorporating reviewer comments, and preparing/submitting final package on time. Contribute to strategic direction for proposals and presentations. Develop customized, creative proposal/qualifications layouts and presentations using Brand Guidelines. Work with pursuit team to prepare for new project presentations/interviews. Produce deliverables that include slides and print/digital collateral. Coach and provide constructive reviews to pursuit team members during presentation prep. Direct coordination with pursuit partners as necessary. Promote collaboration and timely responses across disciplines (marketing, executives, project managers, superintendents, estimating, scheduling) to compose successful submissions. Maintain a thorough knowledge of LF Driscoll and STO Building Group's markets, clients, projects, capabilities, staff, and primary competitors to support the development of pursuits. Act as a marketing resource for other STO Building Group companies as needed. Manage Assets & Content (20%) Write non‑technical narratives/customize boilerplate narratives (firm profiles, resume descriptions, project profiles, etc.) Create new project resumes and profile pages. Coordinate and maintain high volume of data information for projects, team members, market sectors, and project statistics in Open Asset, Cosential, Salesforce, and other information management tools. Coordinate jobsite and project photography. Co‑maintain LF Driscoll's website content and social channels. Attend events for groundbreakings, topping outs, safety events, jobsite visits, and ribbon cuttings. Develop content and graphics for social media. Serve as an LF Driscoll & STO Building Group brand ambassador, enforcing proper application of our Brand Guidelines. Help organize social events for LFD Connects (LF Driscoll's internal employee network). Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new ideas for marketing the LF Driscoll brand. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, plus three to seven years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience. Highly self‑motivated, flexible, and resourceful. Detail oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines. Able to maintain a calm and cool demeanor under stress or deadlines. Excellent writing, grammatical, and proofreading skills. Basic graphic design abilities. Experience with Cosential, Open Asset, Salesforce, . Working knowledge in WordPress. Effective interpersonal skills and service role mindset. Able to give and receive constructive feedback.
