The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department by executing content creation, promotional activities, and ensuring the consistent branding and presence of our restaurants across all channels. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for the food and hospitality industry, who is creative, organized, and has excellent communication skills.
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely 25% of the time with the rest spent at the corporate office or in restaurants.

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and digital marketing tools (Canva, Later, etc.).
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Photography / Videography skills are a plus.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Marketing Support
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions for multiple restaurant locations.
- Coordinate and communicate with various internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and support for marketing activities as well as effective campaign delivery.
- Work closely with restaurant managers and staff to gather critical information and insights to impact marketing strategy.
- Content Creation
- Work with marketing department & restaurant teams, as well as independently, to develop engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and company websites.
- Assist Graphic Designer to create promotional materials, including flyers, posters, and online graphics.
- Social Media Management
- Partner with Social Media Manager in creating, scheduling, and publishing posts.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms employing discretion to manage brand reputation.
- Email Marketing
- Develop and manage email marketing efforts, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Monitor and report on email campaign metrics to optimize future campaigns.
- Event Coordination
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, such as restaurant openings, special promotions, recruitment job fairs, and community events.
- Coordinate with local businesses and community organizations for joint marketing opportunities.
- Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and trends within the restaurant industry.
- Analyze competitor activities and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
