Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 / year based on experience

Clydes Restaurant Group, a leading name in the restaurant industry with 13 thriving properties in the DMV area, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team. The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department by executing content creation, promotional activities, and ensuring the consistent branding and presence of our restaurants across all channels. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for the food and hospitality industry, who is creative, organized, and has excellent communication skills.

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely 25% of the time with the rest spent at the corporate office or in restaurants.

What We Look For In a Marketing Specialist

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and digital marketing tools (Canva, Later, etc.).
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Photography / Videography skills are a plus.

  • Email Marketing
    • Develop and manage email marketing efforts, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
    • Monitor and report on email campaign metrics to optimize future campaigns.
  • Event Coordination
    • Assist in the planning and execution of events, such as restaurant openings, special promotions, recruitment job fairs, and community events.
    • Coordinate with local businesses and community organizations for joint marketing opportunities.
