Marketing Specialist (Design|Proposals) Apply
Our client, a well-known architectural firm, is looking for a freelance Marketing Specialist to join their team (ideally in a freelance to full-time capacity). This is a 40hr /week freelance position starting as soon as the right candidate is found.
LOCATION: The client is on a hybrid system and will require onsite work Monday - Thursday (Friday is a remote / WFH day) and their office is located in downtown Seattle. A laptop will be provided to you for in-office and remote work.

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:
- Designing layout of long-form marketing proposals using InDesign
- Designing the layout for PowerPoint presentations (a design team will produce the graphics and copy)
- Assisting the marketing team with lead generation activities, client management, and data/ content organization
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, and specific experience in creating marketing proposals (presentation decks, and whitepapers, etc)
- Experience using InDesign and PowerPoint
- Experience at an architectural or design firm is a plus but not required
- Ability to commute to downtown Seattle 4 times per week
