Glad2Glow is looking for Marketing Specialist talents!Key Responsibilities:Strategic Influencer Marketing: Spearhead the creation and implementation of influencer marketing strategies that align with the brand’s broader marketing goals.Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring they are well-planned, executed, and optimized across various digital platforms.Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team of influencer marketing specialists, offering continuous guidance, feedback, and support to foster individual growth and boost overall performance.Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Set clear performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess the success of influencer-driven campaigns through data analysis and reporting.Trend Spotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new platforms and innovative approaches to enhance influencer marketing effectiveness.Minimum Qualifications:At least 1 year of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, or related roles, with a focus on KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management.Strong knowledge of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and affiliate marketing.Previous experience in promoting beauty products on social media platforms is a plus.Experience in the beauty or consumer goods sector is highly preferred.Fluent in English is a must.Willing to work full-time from the office at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
