The Marketing Liaison will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities/essential functions: Work with the team to respond and generate new sales leads through various channels, including referral platforms and networking.Promptly respond to the case manager, ensuring all communications are completed within the SLA timeframe.Act as a key resource in identifying and establishing points of contact within hospitals and clinics. This includes researching potential partners, gathering relevant contact information, and facilitating initial communication to build strong relationships that support our business objectives.Conduct outbound calls and follow-up communications to prospects and existing clients to promote AlphaCare Home Health's services.Regularly report on sales activities, lead generation, and performance metrics to the Marketing and Operations teams.Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for all company services, aligning efforts with market analysis and targeting key referral sources to maximize impact.Drive census growth by implementing both external and internal sales and marketing programs, focusing on both existing accounts and new opportunities to expand our client base.Identify and recommend the development of new service or niche markets and offerings.Propose enhancements to current services based on market trends and client needs, ensuring that AlphaCare remains competitive and responsive to market demands.Ensure that administration maintains up-to-date key account records including contact history, objectives, referral trends, etc.Partner with the Community Liaison on an as-needed basis to conduct sales calls, building and strengthening relationships with key physicians and other healthcare representatives.Collaborate with the Community Liaison to coordinate in-services with new contacts or facilities.Contact key physicians and other health care representatives on a regular basis.Participate in short- and long-range planning for the agency and implement specific measures for agency growth. Increase census through education of physicians and other community and referral sources.Work closely with the Intake team to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through service delivery.Work with other agencies and promote good community relations through involvement in community events.Engage with patients who have been re-hospitalized to build connections with case management, ensuring continuous care and identifying opportunities to support their ongoing needs.Perform other related and assigned duties as needed to support the overall goals and operations of AlphaCare Home Health.Must be able to travel to meet with Case Managers and Medical Assistants as requiredQualifications:1-2 years of experience in healthcare marketing preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Self-starter and proactive.Familiarity with Kinnser Wellsky, CarePort, Aida, and faxes.Valid CA Driver's License.High School Education required. Two years of college, preferred.Compensation: $70,000-$90,000 annually. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
