What Youll Do:
- Lead and oversee a variety of construction projects from start to finish
- Interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
- Perform advanced carpentry, masonry, framing, drywall, concrete, and finishing work
- Supervise and train junior crew members
- Ensure projects meet safety codes, timelines, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and efficient job site
- 5+ years of hands-on construction experience
- Deep knowledge of tools, materials, and modern building techniques
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Certifications (OSHA, etc.) are a plus
