Pay Range: $27 – $35 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction/handyman experience
• Full set of basic hand tools
• Reliable transportation

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Plumbing (including sweating pipe)
• Light electrical experience
• Tile work
• Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability

Additional Requirements

• Current & valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check & drug screen
• Strong documentation and invoicing skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
