About Us

SBA Home North Carolina - The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations starting in late 2025. The investment is worth $70 million. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. The company's main customer is IKEA. Today we are looking for Master Planning Manager/Specialist who develops and oversees the master production schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the master production schedule to ensure alignment with production goals and customer demands.
  • Represents the company in cooperation with customers regarding the execution of orders, the level of its inventory, the drawing up of a production plan and its execution, the organization of the shipment of products to customers, the improvement of its warehousing and loading processes.
  • Coordinate with various departments (e.g., procurement, production, and logistics) to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of materials.
  • Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives in production planning processes.

Reguirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a master planning manager or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in production planning software and tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
