This is a full-time, on-site Master Technician role at Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables, located in Coral Gables, FL. The Master Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of Mercedes-Benz vehicles to the highest standards set by the brand. Daily tasks include identifying vehicle issues, conducting comprehensive inspections, performing repairs, and adhering to factory standards. The role involves using advanced diagnostic tools and collaborating with the service team to deliver excellent results and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Proven expertise in vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of luxury vehicles, with a focus on Mercedes-Benz models.
• Proficiency in using advanced automotive diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems related to automotive technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work accurately under time constraints.
• ASE certification or equivalent; Mercedes-Benz certification is highly desirable.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and provide excellent service to customers.
• Commitment to continuous learning to stay current with evolving automotive technologies and industry standards.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
