North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Master Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain and repair the machinery within the department in order to reduce downtime and ensure the smooth flow of materials through the department.Your priorities include supporting manufacturing through the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and electronic controls, and the improvement of the assembly processes. You will implement and maintain standards and standard processes for technicians. Additionally, you will monitor preventative maintenance schedules and equipment repair logs, create and maintain a log of equipment downtime, and monitor product quality and performance of equipment. You will also order repair parts, equipment, supplies, etc., and establish a spare parts inventory system.Starting rate: $35.55.Your background should include an associate degree in industrial technology or a related field, plus two years as an "A" technician OR five years as an "A" technician.
