Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Technical Consultant (SCM) to lead the design, development, and implementation of API integrations (SCM modules) with ServiceNow, along with other Oracle-based solutions (Existing EBS implementation, ServiceNow to be implemented). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle development technologies, API design, and hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle systems, web services, and the ServiceNow platform.

Technical Expertise

Must Have Skills:

Hands-on Experience in Data Migration and Integration of Oracle EBS SCM modules with third-party applications, particularly ServiceNow.

Strong working experience in PL/SQL, API, Rest API

Strong working experience to Design, build, and maintain APIs to integrate Oracle systems with external systems, preferably ServiceNow.

Experience with Oracle EBS data structures and integration points.

Hands-on experience with basic configuration and troubleshooting in support processes.

Proven ability to provide architectural solutions and strategic direction within the specified modules.

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Strong business communication and customer management abilities.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Oracle DBAs, ServiceNow developers, and functional analysts.

Participate in technical design reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate overlap with IST/US working hours.

Demonstrates a proactive and responsive approach to customer needs.

Good To Have Skills:

Certification in Oracle EBS Technical skills

Experience in working with Service now

Experience / understanding of Order to Cash flow
