We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team in Jackson Center, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have prior forklift or heavy equipment experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay Range : starting at $17.25 plus experience and shift differential

Shifts:
12hr shifts, 3 days on and two days off
Hours vary from 5:00am-5:10pm or 5:00pm -5:10am
Weekely pay, and overtime available!



Key Responsibilities:

-Operate tow motor, clamp forklift, straight forklift, label lift, and floor jack safely in both warehouse and production areas
-Perform scanning of materials and data entry as needed
-Supply production lines in a timely and efficient manner
-Run scrap reports and consolidate label supplies as necessary
-Ensure adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) stock rotation practices
-Visually inspect raw materials for damage, contamination, or discoloration
-Document incoming shipments and material movements
-Maintain safety compliance and follow all safety policies and procedures
-Keep work areas clean and organized (housekeeping & GMP standards)


Qualifications:
- MUST have High school diploma or GED required
-Previous experience operating a tow motor or other heavy equipment
-Basic math, reading, and computer skills
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for the duration of your shift
-Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
