In this role, you'll be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting materials across the facility to ensure smooth production flow. You'll work closely with production teams, quality control, and warehouse staff to maintain organization, accuracy, and safety in all material handling activities.ResponsibilitiesFollow work orders or verbal instructions to determine materials to moveOpen containers and prepare materials for use or inspectionLoad and unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by handSecure materials in vehicles using strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent damage during transitTransport materials from storage or work sites to designated areasAttach identifying tags or labels to materials and mark containers with relevant informationDeliver labeled samples to quality control for analysisAssist machine operators by lifting heavy objects and cleaning work areas and equipmentOperate a forklift to move materials and products as neededObserve safety and security procedures and report unsafe conditionsUse equipment and materials properly and responsiblyMust HavesHigh school diploma or equivalent; or up to one month of related experience/trainingAbility to follow simple instructions and handle routine tasks with consistencyBasic knowledge of software applicationsAbility to balance team collaboration with individual responsibilityOpenness to feedback and willingness to support othersWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly compensation with shift-based incentivesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plansPaid time off and holidays to support work-life balance401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matchA collaborative, safety-focused cultureOpportunities for cross-training and advancementInclusive workplace with reasonable accommodations for qualified individualsUS Conec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
