• No Formal Interview Required: Candidates will not undergo a formal interview process.
• Tour Scheduling: As the Supplier, we must provide the PMO with the candidate's preferred on-site tour date and time.
  • Tour Days/Times: Tours are available every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:45 AM or 3:30 PM.
  • PMO Approval: Once the candidate's tour is scheduled, send the PMO mailbox the list of candidate names, tour dates, and times. The PMO will confirm with the on-site team.
  • Post-Tour: After the tour, the PMO will inform us if they wish to proceed with the candidate, after which we can begin the screening process.

• Ongoing Need: The demand fluctuates weekly, with orders ranging from 5 to 30 candidates. Currently, the demand is 30 candidates over 3 weeks, and this is expected to continue until December.
• Temporary to Permanent: The typical temporary role is 90 days before potential conversion.

• Responsibilities:
  • Unloading trucks using pallet jacks and moving boxes/pallets to correct floor locations.
  • Opening boxes, removing units, and scanning them into the system.
  • Operating in a high-speed, high-volume environment.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent bending and lifting.
• Additional Tasks: The role includes Shipping & Receiving, Packout, Kitting, Deboxing, Inventory, and Quality Control (QC).

• Candidate is a Direct Send for the On-Site Tour, as long as they have not worked at CTDI before
