Job Description and Duties
Under the general supervision of the Correctional Health Services Administrator I/II, Correctional Facility (CF), the Materials and Stores Supervisor II, CF supervises the receipt, storage, issuance, inventory, and shipping of a wide variety of health care supplies and equipment. The Materials and Stores Supervisor II, CF supervises, trains, and instructs lower level staff and may supervise inmates assigned to work in the warehouse and/or supply room, and submits periodic written appraisals of their conduct and productivity; maintains order and supervises the conduct of inmates, residents or patients, and protects and maintains the safety of persons and property.

Special Requirements
- The position(s) require(s) a Background Investigation be cleared prior to being hired.
Candidates new to CDCR or the Division of Juvenile Justice are required to submit to a background investigation process utilizing Live Scan Fingerprinting, and Tuberculosis testing prior to appointment followed by department annual Tuberculosis testing/evaluation thereafter.
