Your Tasks Receives incoming shipments from MAPAL companies and other vendors and verifies contents for correctness. Key contact to process any corrections needed and ensures communication to appropriate departments and customer is completed. Leads and completes paperwork to domestic locations based on material availability. Coordinates invoicing between Shipping and Customer Service Ensures completion of export customs documentation for international shipments and coordinates with Germany's import/export department to ensure proper record of shipment values. Administers and completes tracking of all international shipments (raw, finished, etc.) in transit. Develops, recommends and administers process improvements and program activities to maximize import/export of all materials & products. Resolves obsolete material reservations, material errors. Performs material transfers and adjustments as needed; ensures that materials have a current storage location while customer material is strictly separated. Counts and/or verifies inventory for critical/ small items that carry frequent discrepancies. Ensures that materials are issued properly to production orders; allocates incoming raw material to production orders. Advises on incorrect quantity scans. Identifies processes that affect inventory/materials and require improvement. Responsible for all issued and received materials are traceable through SAP and no materials leave the stock area without being registered in SAP. Advises Purchasing on needed shipping materials in collaboration with Shipping, adheres to all purchasing regulations stipulated by MAPAL. Your Profile Education, Experience, Military or Training equivalent to 2-year degree program in business-oriented program 0-2 + years logistics, import/export activities, materials management and/or shipping, receiving functions. Strong work ethic; self-motivated; independent and capable to make decisions. Excellent organization and time management skills High energy level with excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer focused; ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
