Position Summary

Supervise material service associates to ensure proper direction, quality, and completeness of work. Coordinate Material Service, Shipping and Receiving, Support QAD functions with PC, and Level One activities to ensure effective and efficient processing, shipping, storage and issuance of materials throughout the manufacturing organization.

Job Requirements

• Good work/quality/safety and attendance records (no Manager level counseling or above within the past 12 months for performance or attendance. Has not been placed on ACP within the past 12 months.
• HS graduate or equivalent required. Advance education a plus. Associate’s degree in business or related field or at least five (5) years’ experience in material services and/or production environment.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing others in Material Services or production / manufacturing environment.
• Ensure business plan production goals are met and all quality goals are accomplished and maintained.
• Demonstrated ability to instruct and develop associates and maintain a high level of department morale.
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, and persuasive skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of associates and management.
• Able to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple tasks in an open environment.
