Job Summary:
TheMaterialsManageris responsible formanaging inventory, implementing, holding the organization accountable to and validating purchasing proceduresforraw materials and other supplies.TheMaterialsmanagers collaborate withthemaster scheduler todeterminesupply needs and finance members tovalidateperformance.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has supervisory responsibilities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and continuously improve material management processes across the full lifecycle, from receiving and warehousing through shop floor support, shipping, and order closeout.
Lead and manage the annual physical inventory and ongoing cycle count program to ensure inventory accuracy.
Maintainaccurateinventory levels to support production schedules and ensure on-time customer deliveries.
Interface with master scheduler, plant planners, and cross-functional teams to coordinate customer order planning and shipment requirements.
Oversee and verify daily picking, staging, receiving, and shipping activities to ensure compliance with established processes and procedures.
Serve as the primary point of contact for carriers and trucking companies, coordinating transportation, and securingtimelypickups.
Performother duties asassigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent organizational skills and have a deep understanding of forecasting and budgeting.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor'sdegree in business, operations,or supply chain isrequired.
Three years' experience in a supervisory role.
An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Familiarity with ERP systems.Experience with Infor a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Employees regularly work near moving, vibrating, mechanical equipment, occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Exposed to minimal risk of electrical shock.The noise level is moderate.
