The candidate must have strong conceptual understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate students toward top academic performance.Key ResponsibilitiesFor IIT/JEE (11th & 12th):Deliver in-depth and concept-driven teaching for JEE Main & JEE Advanced-level Mathematics.Prepare lesson plans, DPPs, assignments, and competitive exam-oriented study material.Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide personalized guidance.Analyze student performance through tests and offer improvement strategies.Train students in speed, accuracy, and problem-solving techniques.For Foundation (6th to 10th):Teach Maths concepts in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.Strengthen students’ basics and prepare them for future competitive exams.Create worksheets, practice modules, and activity-based learning resources.Encourage logical thinking and mathematical curiosity.QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.Graduates from IIT/NIT will be given preference.Strong conceptual command and clarity in Mathematics.Skills RequiredExcellent subject knowledge and problem-solving ability.Strong communication and student engagement skills.Ability to handle both foundational and advanced curriculum efficiently.Familiarity with offline and online teaching methods.Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
