Required Skills : * Maximo 7.5/7.6 * Maximo Application Suite (MAS 8/9) * Proven experience executing Maximo 7.x MAS upgrades * Red Hat OpenShift * Kubernetes * Linux (RHEL) * DB2 and/or Oracle * Installation and upgrade tooling * Automation tools (Ansible or similar) Strong Plus: * Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar) * CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) * Monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Instana) * Utility system integrations (GIS, SCADA, outage management) Preferred experience in: * Utilities (electric, gas, water) * Asset-intensive industries such as energy, transportation, or public infrastructure Understanding of: * Field work management * Asset lifecycle management * Regulatory pressure and high-availability operating environments The right candidate is: * A platform architect, not a traditional Maximo administrator * Comfortable modernizing legacy enterprise systems * Fluent in MAS and OpenShift architecture * Experienced in regulated, enterprise-scale environments * Capable of guiding organizations through decisions that reduce technical debt and improve long-term platform sustainability
