Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Manufacturing Associate with an academic or early-career background in Chemical Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields to join our dynamic production team. This entry-level role will be part of a collaborative team supporting various stages of product development, from clinical to launch activities, in a hands-on, safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, clean, and sanitize manufacturing equipment per SOPs.
- Prepare buffers and media following GMP standards.
- Strictly adhere to safety and compliance protocols while performing and monitoring critical processes.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and in-process sampling, operating analytical equipment as needed.
- Execute cleaning tasks for both small and large-scale equipment in production.
- Maintain an organized, clean workspace and complete documentation for equipment logs and batch records.
- Work effectively in a cleanroom environment with full protective gear, including steel toe shoes, lab coat, gloves, and safety glasses.
- Assist in quality initiatives, including drafting/revising SOPs, initiating quality reports, and identifying areas for operational improvement.
- Support teamwork and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly lift up to 35 lbs and push/pull items requiring up to 50 lbs of force.
- Perform repetitive movements, bending, climbing, kneeling, squatting, and standing for long durations.
- Work on ladders or portable stairs up to 6 feet in height.

Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Conduct cell culture operations, perform documentation, train on processes, clean workspace, sample daily, and complete maintenance tasks.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) OR Associate degree with 4 years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of experience.
- Must be flexible for shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
