The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in MDM Functional, MDM Architect, MDM Architecture, and IBM InfoSphere MDM. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of MDM systems to drive data management strategies and solutions that align with our business objectives.

Job Description:

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of MDM architecture to support business needs.
• Provide technical expertise in IBM InfoSphere MDM to optimize data management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define MDM requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure MDM solutions are scalable and adaptable to evolving business requirements.
• Develop and enforce MDM best practices and standards to maintain data integrity.
• Conduct regular assessments of MDM systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement data governance policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor MDM system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide training and support to team members on MDM tools and processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored MDM solutions.
