What You Will Be Doing
As a Mechanical CAD Designer, you will use CAD software to create 3D and 2D models of metal components for our projects. You will also use Amada turret punch presses, press brakes, and shears to create prototypes. You will collaborate with engineers and fabricators to ensure accuracy of the designs.
What You Need for this Position
To be successful in this role, you should have a college degree or equivalent experience in CAD design. You should also be proficient in AutoCAD software and have experience with mechanical engineering. Furthermore, you should have experience using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the field.
